Movement Coaching (2-on-1)
One hour, 2-on-1 (you plus a partner along with your coach) to screen and lead a goal-oriented session.
It is through sufficient time, undivided attention and education that we are able to achieve results.
The session is conducted at APT South studio (Arbutus Village) which is a fully equipped 6600 sqft strength and conditioning facility or our location at the Copeman Healthcare Centre (Downtown Vancouver).
If selecting a "partner training" session, be sure to talk to your Movement and Performance Coach to ensure that you and your partner are suitable training partners in terms of level of training and goals.
As a client you are always an important contributor in the decision making and implementation of your plan to becoming Fit To Train.
