My body thanks me for it
I started working with Sarah almost 2 years ago and found that when I listen and do what she tells me to do, my body thanks me for it. It took me the first year to understand the benefits of the work we do and now I stretch, roll and generally take care of myself much better.

One of the significant benefits of working with Sarah is that she works closely with my physiotherapist so everything I do with her is directed at my specific issues. This helps me work harder on the bike, be more flexible for golf, and gives me more stamina and agility for skiing.

Sarah really cares about her clients and their progress. Working out with Sarah is a real treat and I look forward to each session.
