Chantelle Groenewoud is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she received a Degree in Kinesiology. Chantelle attended the University with an athletic scholarship for Track & Field and ended her career there as an NCAA Div. 1 All-American. Post-collegiately she pursued her athletic career full-time and moved to Guelph Ontario to train. She competed for 7 Canadian National Teams in Track as well as Mountain Running, most notably winning a silver medal at the World University Championships in Kazan, Russia.
After encountering a number of her own health issues Chantelle decided to further her studies in how to support the body with proper nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle changes. As a result she attend the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she learned the importance of balance within nutrition, exercise, proper recovery, and mental well-being. She believes that when we are individually given the proper support around our bodies main fundamentals of health the body is capable of healing itself. She is currently working towards completing her studies in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) from the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice (CSO) in Vancouver.
Chantelle works as a Kinesiologist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner, specializing in sports nutrition, fueling for increased energy, supporting adrenal fatigue, supporting digestive issues, fueling to enhance and support hormone health.
