I hold an undergraduate degree in Human Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba, where my senior thesis ignited my fascination with the body's remarkable capacity for self-healing. I earned my diploma from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and subsequently became a licensed Naturopathic Physician.

My passion for helping individuals achieve their fullest potential has led me to focus on key areas of healthcare, including women's health, autoimmune diseases, and athletic performance optimization. 

My approach to Naturopathic Medicine places a strong emphasis on preventative strategies for daily well-being and lifelong health. What truly captivates me about this profession is the opportunity to dedicate ample time to thoroughly understand our patients' concerns. By leveraging an array of diagnostic techniques and comprehensive testing, Naturopathic Physicians like myself are committed to identifying the root causes of diseases rather than merely addressing symptoms. I firmly believe that by cultivating intention in our daily behaviours, we can enhance our health not only for the present but for the years ahead. 

When I'm not in the office, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors, whether it's hiking, skiing, cycling, or simply playing fetch with my loyal canine companion. My perfect day often involves a refreshing trail run followed by a rejuvenating dip in the ocean.
