Mon Jef is a physiotherapist, osteopathic practitioner, strength and conditioning coach and exercise physiologist with a wealth of knowledge in the fields of exercise science and rehabilitation. He has experience working with a broad range of individuals, from fitness enthusiasts and active seniors to collegiate and Olympic-level athletes.

Mon Jef has worked as a physiologist and conditioning coach for the University of British Columbia Men's Varsity Basketball Team, British Columbia's Provincial Field Hockey programs, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the NHL's Vancouver Canucks, and the Canadian Sport Centre Pacific.

Mon Jef is passionate about teaching and lecturing and has lectured at the University of British Columbia as a sessional instructor for the School of Human Kinetics. Mon Jef continues to share his knowledge and expertise through various workshops and seminars for health and fitness professionals, as well as fitness enthusiasts.

Mon Jef has a Master of Physical Therapy and Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of British Columbia. He has a Diploma in Ostepathic Manual Practice from the Canadian School of Ostepathy. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), certified through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI), a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS™) specialist and is a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA™) clinician.
