Education: Certified Nutritional Practitioner

Sidney Shindle is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a functional, evidence-informed approach to metabolic health, digestion, and performance. She works with people who feel stuck despite “doing the right things,” including those managing blood sugar instability, digestive issues, metabolic conditions, low energy, perimenopause, and complex health histories.

A central focus of Sidney’s practice is metabolic and gastrointestinal health. She regularly supports clients experiencing digestive symptoms such as bloating, irregular bowel movements, food sensitivities, and nutrient deficiencies, as well as individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, fatty liver, IBS, and inflammatory or autoimmune concerns.

Sidney also works with recreational and competitive athletes, helping optimize fueling, digestion, recovery, and energy availability to support performance while protecting long-term health.

Coaching and education are integral to Sidney’s work. She prioritizes helping clients understand why changes matter, building skills and confidence so they can make informed decisions about their health long-term. Her approach is practical and collaborative, emphasizing strong nutritional foundations, including adequate protein and micronutrient intake, blood sugar regulation, digestive support, and sustainable eating patterns. Functional testing, such as stool tests and DNA testing, and targeted supplementation are used when appropriate to guide care and reduce guesswork.
